Transport

The city's attractions are conveniently located within close proximity, making it easy to see all that Copenhagen has to offer. The airport is a quick 13-minute ride away on the metro or a 19-minute taxi ride. A visit to the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art is well worth the journey, but it does require a bit of planning. Located 35 km north of Copenhagen, the museum is easily accessible by bus, train, or car. While taking a taxi from the city centre to the museum can be quite costly, upwards of 800 DKK (approximately £93), we recommend taking a train to Humlebæk Station and completing the last leg of the journey with a leisurely 10-minute walk to the museum. Design Museum Denmark (or Designmuseum Danmark)

We went to see Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The playful adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic is one of the mostmesmerisingl ballet performances. It was fascinating to see the incredibly talented dancers execute each movement with intricate precision and elegant grace.

In Denmark, the arts are supported by the state, making it an accessible and affordable cultural experience for all. Rosenberg Castle and Christiansborg Palace

Tivoli Gardens

When to go?
