Gingerline, renowned pioneers of immersive dining experiences, are back in London after four years with their latest creation, The Grand Expedition: The Incredible Edible Journey. Set to dazzle audiences from 6 March 2024, at Dalston's Film Shed, this culinary odyssey promises a 100-minute journey around the world, featuring an enticing menu, mesmerising acrobatics, and exquisite choreography. The Film Shed, with its industrial charm, provides the perfect backdrop for this larger-than-life adventure.

Collaborating with a team of exceptional performers and artists, Gingerline has crafted an immersive experience like no other. Circus consultant Jack Horner, known for his work with Cirque Du Soleil and Frozen the Musical, adds his expertise to the spectacle. Set within hot air balloons, guests will traverse the globe, encountering new scenes, immersive games, and stunning performances by choreographer Hallgrim Hansegård and artist Saju Hari.

The menu has been curated by Executive Chef Jenny McNeill.

Executive Chef Jenny McNeill curates a menu, with each dish representing the culture of the destinations visited. Dancers serve these dishes alongside expertly crafted cocktails, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience. Greenaway & Greenaway's animation and sound design, complemented by illustrations from artist Fred Campbell, further immerse audiences in each location, promising an unforgettable evening!
