#FLODown: Seabird at The Hoxton, Southwark
Founded by award-winning duo Joshua Boissy and Krystof Zizka of New York’s Maison Premiere, Seabird is the latest contender for the best rooftop restaurant and view in London. Situated on the 14th floor of The Hoxton Hotel in Southwark, you will find this restaurant with colonial-style decor, high ceilings and Mediterranean vibes. Its light and airy atmosphere is refreshing and the spectacular views you can enjoy from the outside terrace is second to none. A truly great rooftop oasis!
Their food is simply delicious, featuring cuisines with Spanish and Portuguese influences. You can dig into their tapas-style small plates or indulge in their bigger dishes such as basque stew, scallops, steak and lobster. Their cocktail menu is beautifully curated as they strive to champion exotic flavours such as mango, pomegranate and salted grapefruit.
