Saatchi Gallery has announced its highly anticipated winter season, featuring two major exhibitions: Anastasia Samoylova: Adaptation and As We Rise: Photography from the Black Atlantic. Both exhibitions will run simultaneously from 5 November 2024 to 20 January 2025. A single ticket provides access to both shows, offering an exceptional opportunity to explore these powerful artistic narratives.

Anastasia Samoylova: Adaptation is the first major survey of the Russian-born American photographer's work. Curated by Taous R. Dahmani, this exhibition presents Samoylova's exploration of environmental and societal challenges through five significant series. Her work, characterised by a captivating interplay of light and shadow, invites viewers to reflect on humanity's impact on the natural world.

This exhibition features photographs from the Wedge Collection, Canada’s largest privately-owned collection of works by Black artists. It delves into themes of community, identity, and the resilience of Black life, highlighting both renowned and emerging artists.
