Pink Pitaya protein balls
Like us, you may feel like your living your life constantly on the go! Here is one of our tasty nutritious snacks that we love to indulge, as a substitute to a homemade dessert. We are currently obsessed with Pink Pitaya Powder, there is an endless amount of protein in these cute little pink bliss balls. They are quick to make and can be stored for a few days while you are on a business trip, travelling or just crazy busy at work and need a snack. So here it goes…
Ingredients
Half cup of Almond meal
Half cup of Oats
1/3 diced coconut flakes
1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
1 scoop of Vanilla protein
2 teaspoons of Pitaya Powder
Half cup of pitted dates (soaked in the water and drained)
1/3 cup of white chia seeds
1 Tsp of vanilla
2tbs almond butter
1/4 cup of orange juice
Method
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed food processor.
2. Roll ingredients into balls with coconut flakes, dust with Pitaya powder and top with bee pollen.
