Open for brunch, lunch and dinner, Kalifornia Kitchen operates on the ethos โ€˜ Healthy is sexyโ€™ and are free of animal products or harmful plastics. What are banana blossoms?

Banana Blossoms commonly found in Southeast Asia, it is also known as the โ€˜banana heartโ€™ or โ€˜banana flower. The banana blossom is a tear-shaped, purpled coloured flowers, which grows at the end of a banana fruit cluster. They are frequently used in salads and soups, and with a texture similar to fish it is often covered in battered and presented as a plant-based substitute to fish.
