The Battersea Games: a sporting extravaganza at Battersea Power Station
Battersea Power Station transforms into a sporting paradise for The Battersea Games this summer.
Battersea Power Station is currently hosting the vibrant Battersea Games, an exciting summer event that promises an array of thrilling sports and games activities for all to enjoy. Wimbledon may be over, but fear not, there is more sporting fun to be had as the Grade II* listed Power Station and its surrounding Power Station Park have been transformed into London's newest sporting venue, featuring a pop-up padel court by Rocket Padel, a 100m running track, and a 3x3 basketball zone.
For fitness enthusiasts, a flexi-space offers an exciting mix of classes led by top brands like Nike, BMF, and lululemon, providing the perfect opportunity to dive into yoga, boxing, HIIT workouts, and more. Not to be forgotten, furry companions are in for a treat too, with Battersea Dogs and Cats Home hosting a dog-friendly agility course and training sessions in the park.
The Battersea Games brings you a one-of-a-kind indoor climbing experience in the Turbine Hall B. For those seeking a touch of nostalgia, the Bounce Ping Pong pop-up and vintage arcade games like Strike A Light and the World's Largest PAC-MAN await inside the Power Station. DNA VR also offers cool virtual reality experiences, including laser tag and more. The Coaling Jetty offers the opportunity to get competitive with a game of Boules overlooking the beautiful riverside.
There will also be a chance to stock up on the latest sports and athleisure gear from brands like, Sweaty Betty, lululemon, Nike, Adidas, Skechers, The North Face and the soon-to-open Arcteryx, thanks to brand takeovers and special offers throughout the summer.
Summer just got a whole lot better with Battersea Power Station's unbeatable combination of thrilling sports.
